Friendly and responsive staff made check-in smooth. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with the bathroom needing attention and stale smells lingering. The hotel offers a 15% discount at the Denny's restaurant across the parking lot, which is convenient. Wi-Fi connection was poor. Not ideal for business travelers.

The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast could use better options and more seating. Had some issues with cleanliness; the bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

The swimming pool vibes were epic! I absolutely loved lounging on the sunbeds while sipping on cool drinks. Every little detail made it a delightful escape!
Can't recommend highly enough! 💖🌟

The location of La Quinta Inn By Wyndham Corpus Christi North is ideal, situated next to a Denny's for quick meals. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, making it a practical choice for travelers looking for straightforward accommodations without any frills.

I walked into my hotel room after a long drive, and it was a nightmare. The bathroom was filthy—black hair everywhere, stained towels, and dirty sheets. It looked like something out of a horror movie.

Smart choice for a city break in Corpus Christi with value for price. Sink area was designed nicely.

The room had a nice mirror in the bathroom, which was a highlight. the cleanliness was lacking. The floors were sticky, and there was hair in the tub. Stained blankets added to the discomfort. The door didn't seal properly, creating noise issues. The temperature control was fair. Breakfast options were decent, including waffles and fruits. Despite friendly staff, the overall experience fell short. The pool was not open, and the refrigerator didn’t work. I had to request clean towels multiple times; the bathroom was not adequately cleaned upon check-in.

The AC blasts cold air like it's winter. I love that Netflix works on the TV, even if the channels are a mystery. Denny's right next door saves me from experimenting in the kitchen.
A couple of broken things here and there made it hard to fully enjoy.

Convenient location near the highway and downtown. Denny’s next door is a plus. the experience fell short. I encountered unkempt rooms, with dirty floors and malfunctioning amenities. Customer service was underwhelming—rude reception and an unresponsive management team. Requested adjoining rooms? Not available. Second room flooded, minimal assistance provided. Towel requests went unanswered. The promised facilities were neglected; the pool was unusable. I left two days early and received no refund. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and communication. Will be much more cautious in future accommodations.

The bathroom had a surprisingly cool mirror, and that’s about it for positives. The room felt dirty—broken lamps, stained sheets, and a sink that wouldn’t drain. The AC filters were filthy, and we had to switch rooms due to a non-functioning TV. Breakfast was just basic waffles and coffee, not much to write home about. The staff member at check-in was in a bad mood and unresponsive. At least the location was convenient with a Denny's nearby, but I’d likely skip a return visit. If you only want a place to crash, it might do.

Nothing, all great.

Staying here was a treat as I was just a short walk from incredible sites like the Selena Museum which is less than a 5-minute drive away and the USS Lexington Museum on the Bay which is about 6 km from the hotel offering rich maritime history; plus, there are lovely parks like the Corpus Christi Watergarden nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Downtown Seawall is also just around 5 km, where I enjoyed beautiful sunset views while walking along the coast, and I appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly staff, but the exterior of the building could use some upkeep to match the pleasant vibe of the area.

So, we stayed at La Quinta Inn recently and there were definitely some ups and downs. Unfortunately, we had a rough start with the room cleanliness. When we first got in, there were hairs and dirt on the sheets - not the most welcoming sight, I must say. We had to request new sheets and change them ourselves because they were not up to standard. The floors also seemed like they hadn't been swept for a while, and there were even footprints on the bedding. It was a bit disappointing to say the least. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. They were quick to respond when we needed assistance with getting new sheets and were pleasant to interact with, which made the situation a bit more bearable. Another issue we faced was with the amenities. The air conditioning in our room was not cooling properly, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the warmer days. It took multiple attempts to get someone to address the issue, and even then, it was a bit of a hassle to get it sorted out. In terms of room facilities, the ironing facilities were not satisfactory, and the heating system seemed a bit inconsistent. We also ran into problems with the tea and coffee facilities - they were not well-stocked and seemed a bit neglected. our experience at La Quinta Inn was a mixed bag.

Me and my squad had a blast hitting up Whataburger Field and Old Concrete Street Amphitheater , the vibe was lit! Plus, we got to check out Texas State Aquarium, Bayfront Convention Center, USS Lexington Museum, and Buccaneer Stadium. So much partying, so little time!
More late, night hangout spots near the hotel would've taken our turn, up to the next level! .

The TV shows were good, and I liked having a charge port next to the TV. The water was very hot for a nice shower, and they had plenty of toiletries and kitchen items. The AC kept the room cold, and the towels were clean and fresh.
The beds were uncomfortable, the bed sheets had yellow stains, and the towels were worn out. The staff was rude, and breakfast items were stale or out of order.

We didn't have breakfast there, but the bed was so cozy. Our favorite part was the wallpaper on the TV that looked like a fireplace and even had the sound effects. It was such a delightful touch. the bathroom was stocked with enough towels and washcloths for all of us, which was a nice surprise and made our stay hassle-free. the staff was friendly and the location right off the freeway was convenient. the breakfast area was also pleasant, and there's a Denny's practically in the parking lot.
all was good 😊

The location was great, with newly remodeled rooms featuring fresh bedroom flooring and some updated furniture, enhancing the experience.
The cleanliness fell short in some areas. The floor seemed dirty, the suite I reserved wasn't available upon check-in, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect with water stains and unclean shower.

Started my day with a fabulous free breakfast! The ample room fit my whole family comfortably. Location was super handy. Convenient amenities. Will return - on a budget.
Stains everywhere! Couldn't enjoy a drink, wanted to bathe in peace, but the mirrors were stained.

The convenient location of La Quinta near the Selena Museum made my visit to Corpus Christi effortless. The daily continental breakfast was a pleasant and convenient surprise, helping me start my days exploring the city with a satisfied stomach and a boost of energy.
Lumpy beds and loud a/c.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Whataburger Field, Old Concrete Street Amphitheater, Texas State Aquarium, the Bayfront Convention Center, the USS Lexington Museum. The staff was friendly, and the mirror was a hit!
My kids wished for a more spacious room for families.

As young guests, we had a memorable stay at a budget motel close to the beach in Corpus Christi. The staff was friendly and polite, and the AC kept our room refreshingly cool. We appreciated the fully stocked toiletries and kitchen items, as well as the clean and fresh towels. The TV channels were decent, and the charging port next to the TV was convenient. we found the location to be suitable for our needs.
One drawback was the condition of the property upon arrival. It appeared abandoned, with a strong unpleasant smell in the room.

the hotel was right off of the highway - making it easy to access. The hotel is close to a 24 hr gas station and a couple of restaurants. We went on a weekday and had the small pool to ourselves each time we went swimming. Despite some issues - the beds and the shower were the best features of our stay.
